Job Details
Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new customers and maintain relations with current customers through sufficient understanding to customer needs and providing solutions to these needs maintaining business standards and business core values.
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field sales activity.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with current and potential clients and expand customer key accounts.
- Experience in aluminum works, pre fabricated buildings (Porta cabins)
- Metal fabrication
- Develop and implement special sales activities to increase sales.
- Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of company’s services.
- Cooperate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow up and adherence to goals.
- Working closely with sales manager and sales team to improve efficiency and expand existing customer relationships.
- Report to the sales manager the feedback of subjects regarding customer complains.
- Prepare quarterly status report to sales manager.
- Prepare quarterly sales plan to sales manager.
