وظائف اليوم:Senior Projects Engineer
Job Details
-Works on project-specific requirements to determine the cost according to the pre-set technical specifications for small and medium-sized projects.
- Prepares tenders for middle sized construction projects in coordination with the department manager and negotiates to choose the best deals form technical and financial perspectives.
-Selects contractors to carry out small and medium-sized projects (construction, expansion, replacement and renovation) through the agreed upon contractors and adding new contractors to the company’s portfolio.
-Coordination with the Legal Department to prepare projects contracts and all legal matters related to projects.
-Follow- up on the implementation progress of projects and review the CAS and all related issues with the contractors.
-Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers and contractors to study the technical nature of the project and agree on the work plan.
-Coordination with various government agencies to deal with construction permits required for large and medium-sized projects and to provide the necessary infrastructure services.
